One of the worst things about your quitting your job is dealing with what I like to call “work-withdrawal” symptoms —  the mental and physical fatigue you experience when the strict schedule you’ve living your life by all this time disappears overnight. Since you’re no longer bound to do stuff at specific times and with sufficient urgency, a sense of lethargy sets in; which is particularly severe if you’ve been unaccustomed to such freedom for a long time.
